Where Compassion and Healing come together 

My sessions are all tailored towards your needs to include as much conversation or reiki needed for this time space (more reiki=less talking as more talking=less reiki) No worries, the universe always has divine timing!
I will have you lie fully clothed on my Reiki table as hands are gently placed in a precise sequence on the front and back of your body to dislodge and remove blocked energy creating an uninterrupted energy pathway within your system as integrity and balance is instilled. Prior to your treatment your healing goals are discussed and any questions you may have are answered. 
Release stress, tension, anxiety, old patterns and behaviors and refuel with Divine love and healing.

Distant Treatments are a remote healing technique which is restorative and highly beneficial on all levels. These sessions are administered for all circumstances; alleviate or remedy of ailments for people and animals, bringing clarity and mending to situations and relationships, clearing the energy from homes, land, offices and places. The immeasurable value of receiving Distant Reiki Treatments during surgery and childbirth is profound. I find children and animals are prime recipients as they sometimes find it challenging to keep still for Hands-on Treatments. 

 Individuals who participate in group therapy can interact with others who are experiencing the same problems, emotions, and experiences as themselves. The flow of healing energy will be much more intense, and you will be able to interact with people who share similar beliefs. Additionally, you will have a group of people who will support you!

Question? Can I do this with a friend group?  ABSOLUTELY! 

Not only can group reiki be a great way of introducing reiki to some of your friends, but the connections will grow and grow!

There are times we just need someone to listen, listen without judgment, listen to be heard, not to be responded to with other people's beliefs, in a safe and confidential environment. 
In our first session together, we will get to know each other. I want to know who you are, what are your dreams?! Let's get a plan to help you get into that beautiful mind space.
